The 6 October elections have left out of the Assembly some MPs representing political parties in two or more legislatures, including the central figure of these political subjects.

The Vetevendosje movement from the final results of the 6 October elections emerged the winning party, but some of the central figures of this party, which have represented it in some legislatures, have remained outside the Parliament. Votes to be deputies from this party have failed to take Jalal Svechla, Sami Kurteshi, Ismail Kurteshi and Drita Milaku.

Out of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Ismet Beqiri has remained outside the Assembly, who has represented this party in several legislatures. There's an Imet Tsmman, Naser Rugova, Hello Kalluldra and Fidan Rekaliu left.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo in the seventh legislature will not have Xhavit Halit, who, in addition to being deputy head of the Parliament, has been deputies in all the legislatures. Even deputies Andy Hoti, Fadil Beka, Hajdar Beqa, Luljeta Vesela-Gutaj, Mejide Mjaku-Topali, Safete Haddrajna and Xhevahire Izak.

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo will not have it in this legislature Ahmet Isufin, who has been the head of the AAK parliamentary group in the Assembly. Votes to be deputies from this party have not even received Blerim Kuci, Gani Dresaj and Muharrem Nitaj.

The Social Democrat Initiative if it manages to become part of the Kosovo Assembly, it will not have the parliamentary group chief Bilal the Sheriff in this legislature. While MPs Zafir Berisha and Enver Hoti have failed to win votes to be part of the Assembly.

MPs who in the sixth legislature have represented the Social Democrat Party, which competed even in the October 6th snap elections, have not received votes to be part of the Assembly. Outside of Parliament are Besa Battiu, Dardan Molliqaj, Dardan Sejdiu, Driton Caushi, Dukagjin Gorani, Ismaili, Frasher Krasniqi, Salih Salihu, Albanian Pantina and Visar Ymer.

Failure to vote to be part of the Kosovo Assembly, and some of the key figures of political parties are seen as punishment by citizens.

Political analyst Rasim Alija says of Kosova Prees, that citizens in one form have punished all these MPs, until he says they are tired of figures that have been part of the Parliament for some legislatures.

The “has undoubtedly punished them, as well as the part of punishment, and the part that we have seen that the sixth Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament comes after the elections of 2017, but also the fifth legislature have had a kind of trend of considerable anemic work, in the sense that it has had problems even with the failure of sessions, with the quorum, the debates that took place in the Kuo country have been largely concentrated on populist them, the empty statement and their work has been anemic. The second part is that the citizen has again decided he's tired of those figures and, above all, these deputies who have run for the third or fourth time have felt comfortable and probably haven't done the campaign and the right job on the ground to make sure the votes are re-elected for the second or third time, the fourth”, he says.

So does GLPS executive director Arbeen Loja, who says of Kosova Preis that citizens have been punished for either poor performance or corrupt relationships that some of them are involved.

We first saw that the opposition is already in position and many MPs who in the past have been represented in certain legislatures, and not only one already are not part of this legislature, which could be punishment by voters as in the sense of poor performance, but also various corrupt relatives”, she says.

Based on the final results of the Central Election Commission, the first party has emerged the Vetevendosje Movement with 26.16 per cent, followed by the Democratic League of Kosovo with 24.46 per cent. The third party has emerged the Democratic Party of Kosovo with 21.16 per cent, while the AAK-PSD coalition has come up with 11.48 per cent.
