Albin Kurti is counting on Kosovo independence objector Borell

Kurti has said there will be no agreement with Serbia without making dialogue, meanwhile, has also suggested that there will be no market with maps in the dialogue.

There is no agreement without dialogue. Because that's what they tried to do, secret talks about a deal, a quick solution. And they focused very much on the party after the deal, not the dialogue before the deal. Second principle: there is no dialogue with maps. We can discuss what people's rights should be, what relations we have with each other as two countries, what we can do to work together and co-operate, bilaterically and multilaterically; what are the needs of communities on both sides of the border, but we can't do this with maps, we're almost some World War I army general with not as sharp pencils on maps making attempts to revise and play geopolitical fires. No, not map dialogue! And principle number three, well, since maps will exist, we know that there are no maps with presidents around them. Only demarcation experts. No presidents on maps. So, where there are maps, I don't want to see the presidents nearby. That's principle number three, 18x1>, Kurt said.

Also, VV leader has said he expects the new EU foreign policy chief, Spaniard Josep Borell, to break off working Federica Moghrin, which Kurti says has left open wounds that need to be closed.

I want to see if Mr. Borrell will make a break from Mrs. Mogher. It's important to know that. Borell at a meeting with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq (during his visit to Belgrade in March of this year), has said Spain opposes unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo, “because the secession is contrary to international law principles”, was disclosed in the official announcement.

He had declared that Spain supports the search for a compromise solution within the framework of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
