At the November 20, 1972, Fair Convention in Tirana were albanologists from all over Albanian trains.
In Congress 87 delegates from Albania and the Kosovo Albanians, Macedonia and Montenegro attended, as well as the Arabs of Italy.
The purpose of Congress was to define the principal principles and directions of spelling to have a single literary language.
Literary language was created for Albanians to be more easily understood with each other and for a permanent spelling standard to be set.
In unifying Albanian language standards, the delegation from Pristina has played a key role.
The convention was followed after a meeting of importance held in Pristina, where it was set for many linguistic standards.
