Albanian.com brings you down the confirmed list of 40 people who died as a result of the powerful earthquake that struck Albania on Tuesday.

The most common victims were recorded in Thumana where three palaces collapsed completely. 21 lives lost mainly family members with each other. There are 14 victims in Durres. Two other young men lost their lives in Lezha and Kurb, one jumped off the balcony, while the other was involved in a car carrying him to the hospital after earthquake injuries.

Other people for whom the search for salvation forces are in a difficult operation November 26th when the 6.4 earthquake fell on 03:54.
