What the 16 states that recognised Kosovo have in common

But what are the 16 states that have recognised the Republic of Kosovo so far? Lesotho, Papua New Guinea, Burundi, Comorro Union, Guinea-Bissau, Sao Tome and Principe, Madagascar, Liberia, Grenada, Palau, Commonwealth of Dominica, Solomon Islands, Central African Republic and Togo.
What do these countries have in common? Most of them are small and insignificant states with highly incompatible foreign policy.
Ivica Dacic, once prime minister of Serbia, said Mr. Pacolli had bought these recognitions with his money. The countries mentioned above were presented by Pacolli.
But, the recognition campaign launched by Serbia's Foreign Ministry appears to reveal that it is something else.
