The translator, Ismaili, has given a detail of falsehood.

A professional prosecutor would never do that. The prosecution should first hand the original to the lawyer, to the family, and turn a copy over to the center.
Second, the translator would have to come to the prosecutor's offices and translate it into the office, in the presence of the prosecutor and attorney.
