“If the EU fails to reach an agreement to open negotiations with Northern Macedonia, it means it does not appreciate the Prespa Agreement. Everyone says the Prespa Agreement is, at the moment, one of the best agreements in the Western Balkans. If the EU “punishes” this agreement by postponing membership negotiations, how can it be expected that Aleksandar Vuciq and Hashim Thaci will find a solution to the Kosovo issue?”, Zaev has indicated.
