Vuciq: No recognition of Kosovo within current borders

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq ruled out in an interview with the Austrian daily éStandard) that Belgrade can recognise Kosovo within current borders, adding that Belgrade is unlikely to recognise Kosovo, although he said the US had heard that the EU had changed its stance and that it could seek recognition from Belgrade.

Asked whether Serbia would ever recognise Kosovo as an equal member of the international community, Vuciq answered that this was a difficult question for Serbs.
