Twin brothers vote with a document, arrested one and one commissioner

Vlora Latifi from DneV has said the arrests were made because two brothers voted with the same document.

“A commissioner and a voter, the second brother who has voted with the same document, have been arrested by police in Kline”, Latifi has said.

Brothers have allegedly been twins and have been identified by local observers.

The commissioner will be replaced to continue the election process.
