249 women and 700 children of CHAkalifati were held in a safe annex to the Ain Issa camp started panicning and fearing guards behind Turkish missiles in the vicinity of the area, Periscope follows.
It is learned that many of the camp guards have fled, while others have been attacked by prisoners.
The Syrian Human Rights Observatory said about 100 people had left. The remaining ones at the Ain Issa camp are being evacuated by American forces in another area, a source of The Guardian in the area has said.
