There is doubt that on October 19, 2019, about 21:50, at the BiH Border Point and the White Testament, suspect K. U.S. has attempted to smuggle migrants in a way that injured R.O. had previously contacted the suspect, who had promised to send him to Belgium because he did not own currency documents for this trip, where for all these services, the same had to pay the sum of 3,500 euros after he arrived in Belgium.
Also, suspect K. The U.S., without authorisation, has possessed narcotic substances, so that in case of customs officials, 3.6 grams of cocaine have been found in his car.
The prosecutor of the case, within the legal deadline, will decide on the defendant's security measure, with the aim of successful implementation of the criminal procedure.
