Syrian state media say government forces have been deployed in the country's north.
Under the deal, the Syrian Army will be deployed across the length of the border in the region, and will come to the aid of Kurdish paramilitaries in “the retreat of aggression and the release of areas where Turkish soldiers and mercenaries have entered”, it said in its statement.
The movement also paves the way for the liberation of Syrian cities occupied by Turkish troops, such as the case of Africa.
