The Specialised Chambers Prosecutor has sent an invitation to interview Salih Mustaf, one of the organisers and founders of the KLA.
Mustafa, now senior official at the Directorate of Intelligence and Security at the Ministry of Defence, should be submitted for interview at the prosecutor's office in The Hague on November 18th, writes Insander.
Mustafa has been part of the organisation of the National Liberation Movement since 1988, under the leadership of Africa Dzitia, Fahri Fazlia and Fadil Vata. During the illegal activity, he was arrested by Slobodan Milosevic's regime in 1993 and sentenced to 5 years in prison for organising the armed uprising.
In August 1997, after ending his prison sentence, Mustafa was committed to organising and expanding the KLA in the Pristina region, Obilicqi, Gjilan, Kamenica's Year. He has led the KLA guerrilla units under the name BIA guerrilla until the establishment of operations zones of Llap and Karadaku.
Mustafa has been an accomplice and an ideal friend of Bahri Fazli, Agron Canman, Ilir Konushevci, Raif Cela, Fatmir Humolli, Isa Kastrat of many other eminent figures.
Sahil Mustafa was one of the founders of the LCQ. As the war ended, he continued his mission to build state institutions. Initially, he served as head of the Kosovo Protection Corps intelligence department, then as adviser for intelligence by Prime Minister Agim Ceku.
