In an interview for Kosovo Preress, Latifi said he has not yet made a decision on whether to defend himself in silence or give his testimony.
And in this case, according to Rahovec's first one, if given the opportunity will speak on all Serb crimes that have occurred in Kosovo, and particularly in Rahovec.
Latifi says the upcoming invitation concerns evidence about the organisation and restructuring of the Kosovo Liberation Army. While the Special Court's invitation was launched on October 7th, Latifi says he officially received it yesterday afternoon.
Regarding the way the former commander will appear in specials, he did not elaborate, but was surprised why he was invited by this court.
In recent days, the Special Court has intensified invitations to KLA fighters, but to other representatives.
