A large number of studies have shown that sleep deprivation can cause Alzheimer's.
Recently, however, scientists and researchers have found that too much sleep puts people in danger of developing a poor memory.
They have found that people who sleep 9 or even more hours have shown a specific decline in memory and language ability, reports “Daily Mail”.
But those who do six hours and less are also in danger of poor memory development.
Experts are still uncertain why too much sleep can cause this situation, but they have said that people with this problem have disruptions in their brains, which made them sleep more.
