Rama has said that these elections did not have clear winners, saying being the first one does not mean being the winner.

He has also said that Albin Kurt's haste to change political disks is unpleasant.

The government most likely forms the old intellectuals with young opportunists who came out of war. These are ready to be”, he said among other things.

His complete scripture:

THROUGHOUT IN THE LAW WITH SUFFECTIONS WRITER IN COSOVA

  1. A warm and well-deserved wish for the people of Kosovo, the civic and democratic behaviour of Albanians is exemplary and makes us proud of all.
    2. It is clearly seen every day that Albanian eyes are returning from Kosovo as the centre of the Albanian nation.
    3. The Albanian successes and their behaviour in Kosovo have shown that in Albania it is the Paris of Tirana.
    4. The elections showed that there was really no clear winner. The victory is with those who build the coalition. They don't want to tell me the winner.
    5. Albin Kurti's experience in changing political course is very indiscreet. I don't guarantee anyone, and I'm not convincing those who aim to convince them. Vetevendosje as a principle has been dead by the end of the LIB and ultimately by the Helsinki Conference.
    6. The government forms who co-operates with the Serbian List. The terms of the Serbian List are quite clear.
    7. It should not forget that Kosovo is only a state of protectorate without real sovereignty. And the possibilities of space for action are tight.
    8. The city-life division is deeper than ever. But Albanians are showing far more nationalists than their dominant leaders.
    9. It is most likely that the government is formed by old intellectuals with new opportunists who left the war. These guys are ready to be found.
    10. Even without a formal government, its duties are clear and that leave little room for action.
