Luan Bundo, 62-year-old from Tirana, has been found guilty of criminal activity “helping with the illegal crossing of the” border.
He has offered and provided help to cross the border illegally to a citizen to go to Australia.
He has offered and given that assistance against the required $13,000 reward.
Citizens Bundo, together with the citizen M.P., have first gone to Macedonia where visas are equipped to Indonesia and then from Indonesia to Australia, have been transported by an Indonesian fishing citizen.
The ruling Judiciary District Court, aged 19.12.2016, has convicted the citizen of Bundon of criminal activity “of helping to cross the border” and sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
Interpol Tirana in co-operation with Interpol Madrid is continuing proceedings for the extradition of citizens arrested towards Albania. /Tch
