High Security Prison will start producing toilet paper

Through this donation, about ten inmates will be employed in the high - security prison, which is gradually aimed at increasing production capacities, with which the number of employees will increase.

Kosovo's “Correctional Service through this project, in addition to aimed at rehabilitation and resocialisation of prisoners, is aimed at reducing economic spending on toilet paper for 50%, as well as increasing hygiene levels and cleanliness in all corrective institutions”, the communique says.

The PKK aims at normalising daily life in prisons with the commitment of prisoners to such work.

Products produced by BSL prisoners will be used for the needs of all corrective institutions, and in the future they will be exploded on the local market.
