The Central Election Commission has decided today to begin recounting 313 seats due to technical errors in the form of data compliance and results.
These locations have failed to process as regular because of irregularities.
Burim Ahmetaj from the Centre for Counting and Results said they have recommended that 303 countries be recounted because on data compliance forms and results marking the results were initiated by subject 112 and not by the first subject 111.
CEC Chairman Valdete Daka has indicated that this is a technical error rather than manipulation.
She said the forms were incorrectly printed and that the guilty for this mistake she said would be revealed over the following days.
During CEC meeting, representative of Ilir Gashi's PDK and LDK's Sami Hamiti have also demanded that 224 ballot boxes be recounted, according to them, with voter improvement. But this has not been accepted by other members, as according to them, The QNR must continue with its work and when it is identified they bring about the CEC recommendation for their recounting.
