Already when the recount process has been completed, the staff of the Counting and Results Centre has yet to make auditing and comparing the votes before and after the recount, KTV reports.
This survey report, with possible differences in the votes of MPs and political subjects, will be handed over to the Prosecutor.
Source Ahmetaj, leader of The QNR says that although the CEC invited the prosecution to be present during the recount process, it, however, did not stay there all the time.
That's because, according to the Prosecutor, there was no need for such a thing, since in the end, the QNR staff that appreciates whether there were deliberate violations, finally informs the Prosecutor.
Meanwhile, during the recount of 530 seats, major differences in the votes of candidates for MPs and political subjects emerged.
Some political parties and candidates for MPs initially had fewer votes based on the forms coming from polling stations, while after the recount they received more votes or vice versa.
In Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor, spokeswoman Laureta Ulaj, by telephone, has told television that they are waiting for the CNR and the CEC to report on possible abuses and then proceed.
