One of the world's highest temperatures is installing air conditioning out and painting the blue streets sidewalks in an effort to keep the streets fresher.
Winters across the summer in Qatar reach the maximum temperature of 46 degrees Celsius. As a result, the country has been forced to move the World Cup date 2022 through winter.
Giant fans are now settling in basements and shopping malls so that temperatures can be affordable to citizens.
In Doha, the country's capital, Public Affairs Authorities have painted Abdullah Bean Jassim Street in blue in order to reduce asphalt temperature to 15-20 degrees Celsius.
Blue roads help reduce temperature, as dark - colored streets absorb heat in the sun more than lighter ones.
Likewise, Qatar is planning to install air conditioning in stadiums where the World Cup will be held in 2022.
