The number of conditional ballot envelopes at the country level has been 26 thousand and 382, and after verifications have been confirmed 24 thousand and 804 while a thousand and 578 were rejected.
While votes of persons with special needs at the country level have been 2,000 and 142, following the verification process have been confirmed 2 thousand and 15 and 127 have been rejected.
So 24 thousand and 804 will be counted on bail and 2 thousand and 15 votes of people with special needs, totaling 26 thousand and 819.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has said that it will take two days to carry out this process.
We're trying to get this process done as soon as possible and I believe it will take two days to count all of these” votes.
Elez said that once there are no further complaints about recounting, but if there are any from the QNR they will inform.
“After closing the counting process, there are other procedures that take place after counting ends. All of these pave the way for the CEC to announce the results early next week”.
