Tried to Prepare Terrorist Works

The defendant S.A., in 12,07.2018, from Serbia's post office, in the northern part of Mitrovica has sent a package to the injured R.R., in which the package contained a type “pistol. CZ Vzore 50” of the 7.65m calibre, the Czechoslovakian product, with no serial number, with a clip, with six rounds, 11 packets of type tramadool, 5 packets of tropola type trodon ampuls, 18 packets of benchemed cables, and a pamphlet of A4 forms, with Serbia's logo, with the title <x2VHovna Command Vojbodike Kosovo/Majhojza>, whose contents were damaged by other Serb citizens, MP, SP, MP, M.S.H.H.H.C.E., D.C.C.C., P.E., D.E.E.C.E., D.'S.'S., P., P., P.E., S., P., P., P., S., S., S.E.E., P., P.E.E., S.E.E.E., P., S., P.E.E., P., P., P.,

With these actions the defendant has committed criminal work “preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, from Article 144 paragraph 3 of the KPRK.

The prosecution reports that the defendant S.A., from 2017 on, has been misleading many citizens, in that way that through the introduction of false facts with the intent of illegal profitability of wealth, has exploited the situation of some Serbian citizens by introducing themselves as senior health ministry official in Serbia, and as representative of the organization for diabetes sufferers, and that on behalf of their employment it has received different sums of money. The R.R., in the amount of 7,000 euros, the injured S.R., in the amount of 2000 euros, as well as the injured M.R., in the amount of 5,000 euros, as well as many others had asked for money for their employment, but because of the high sums they had no opportunity to give it.

By these actions, the defendant S.A. has committed criminal work “Deception” by Article 335 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK paragraph 1.

Also, the defendant S.A., in 12,07,2018, has held in ownership, control and possession of weapons unauthorizedly, so that the type pistol “CZ Vrsor 50”, of the 7.65m calibre, the Czech product, with no serial number, with a clip, has sent it through Serbia's post, in the northern part of Mitrovica, into a package and sent it on behalf of Radomir Repanovic to the village of Osojan, so that the same accepted weapon has reported to the police, which has been confiscated.

With these actions the defendant committed criminal work “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 374 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
