Palmer was warned that he would address participants on the official opening of the Belgrade Security Forum on Thursday, October 17th, with the “sustainable solution to the Western Balkans”.
At the official opening, as warned, German diplomat in charge of the Western Balkans, Susanne Schitz, former senior EU Foreign Policy and Security Representative Catherine Ashton, and former French Ambassador to Belgrade Frederick Mondolon will now speak.
