The LDK member in the CEC, Sami Hamiti, and VV's Adnan Rrustemi have crashed, who has demanded that these diaspora envelopes proceed as regular.
The Central Election Commission has not made any decisions concerning over 4 thousand votes in the post office after the legal deadline. The decision has not received even over 3 thousand votes coming from Serbia that have surrendered physically and not via mail, reports “Metro”.
Faithful Buzhala from the Voters' Service Division in its reporting said there are over 3 thousand envelopes from Serbia that have been physically sent to the post office. “By mail have come 15 thousand 795, over 3,000 envelopes from Serbia, these envelopes have been physically sent to the post office. Over 4 thousand envelopes have arrived after the deadline, during the verification we have noted that they have entered international posts and hold dates 19, 20”, he said.
LVV member in the CEC, Adnan Rrustemi, has demanded that these diaspora envelopes be processed as regular.
“4 thousand of the 500 envelopes from the license received after the deadline should be approved as regular in the sense of their accession. There is no obstacle for these to be processed as regular”, he said.
LDK member in the CEC Sami Hamiti said the law should be respected in the case of these votes.
Both are illegal under the law. The law envisions 24 hours before the vote should be those votes. Votes from Serbia have come to Kosovo completely illegal, the law defines it is due by mail. The unit must enforce the law. It's deadlines and it's law. Coming votes must have the seal of the state they came from. Those votes are seen as being manufactured”, he said. Respect of the Law Has Required Members PDK in the CEC, Ilir Gashi.
I think the law clearly states the way and the process of voting from the diaspora, when the votes come. I request from the relevant unit that only the law be respected, and we and the unit will do well. I demand that the votes coming from Finland not be opened until the prosecution is due to a video that has been published”, he said.
Valdete Daka, chairman of the CEC, said she expects the law to be respected in both cases.
“I expect from the entity to enforce the” law, she said. Meanwhile, Burim Ahmetaj from the CNR has said he is continuing to recount the polling. By yesterday, 95 locations have been completed, up from 314 in advance to recount
