Kurti, whose party has been victorious in the 6 October elections, according to the CEC's preliminary result, has already started meetings for opportunities to form the next government.
They are at one of the hotels in Pristina. Kurti is expected to make the offer, as he has consistently stressed the need not to have representatives of the Serbian List, but only Serbs who respect and recognise Kosovo institutions.
