Periscope, like some other media in Kosovo, had this document available, but allegedly decided not to publish it.
Our newspaper called Mr. Conjufca in the morning's early hours to ask him about the matter but he didn't answer.
In any case, the document appeared in spirit mediums and other portals, and recently, Mr. Fadil Lepaya whose name is mentioned in the role of a witness.
Context
Mr. Fadil Lepaja was mentioned by Mr. Dardan Molliq on KTV's interactive show. On that show, Molyqaj had claimed that Glauk Konjufca of Vetevendosje had been part of SHIK, and that Fadil Lepaja had been his supervisor.
Lepaja has reacted to the document, saying this document is forged and has been disseminated.
He has appealed to the chief state prosecutor, Mr. Alexander Lumez to handle this case.

I invite you, urgently, from now on, to initiate procedures, to become expertise and conduct the necessary investigations to ascertain who produced it and who did it behind this “document” forged document that has been secretly distributed, and recently through the media, thus misusing my name and slandering my presence in events for which in no way was ever possible.I'm aware.
Your Honor. Chief prosecutor,
Acting immediately, you defend the citizen of Kosovo and prevent crime not only electoral.
Since my name is mentioned in the context of a statement about Mr. Conjufca, which I can in no way testify to, because I am not aware, I repeat with moral and criminal responsibility, the part where my name is mentioned, that this is a forged document and that content is a slander for which author (or authors) should be found, and the same answer is criminal.
At the same time, I invite you. The chief public prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, who because of the tendency that this counterfeits and such slanders will be misused in the function of the pre-election campaign, will react immediately to the possibility that the damage will be done and for counterfeiters and slanderers to benefit from it.
