It's not Kurt's plan, or LDK's, but the matter of negotiations. Those responsibilities are not shared. If the LDK is losing that position, we decide who goes to that post, Haziri said.
It'd be VVA. It doesn't belong to anybody, because we haven't gone to the table under conditions.
