Experts suggest that if we eat a lot of healthful foods, we will eat less unhealthy foods.

Researchers analyzed 120,877 men and women in the United States who had a nominal body weight and divided them into three groups. On average, they gained 1.5kg every 4 years, which was about 7.5kg over 20 years, and were in danger of increased heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
The study focused particularly on the relationship of weight gain and consumption of certain foods in women.
It has been found that all kinds of potatoes, especially chips and fries, lead to weight gain, but also that red meat, meat products, sweets, and sugar fruit juices have the same effect.
