In early hours Saturday morning, the truck carrying election material emerged from the CEC depot to distribute election material for Sunday's vote in 38 municipalities in Kosovo.
According to CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi, everything is already ready for tomorrow at seven o'clock to begin the voting process.
