Among the diaspora's parcels, which have come with Posts, have also found envelopes of citizens applying for visas via mail.
The CEC has closed their count, while this is expected to be clarified at a news conference at 2:00.
Otherwise, the Central Election Commission has conducted the counting of fair votes, under which the Vetevendosje Movement came first with a very close advantage over the Democratic League of Kosovo.
