CEC Chairman Valdete Daka said that on the basis of this act, they are obliged to count papers from the diaspora.

This decision has changed the law on choice. A thousand and 700 packages of what we're going to do on October 17th”, he said.
LDK member Sami Hamiti said the Supreme Party's decision is contrary to the election law.
The “is a country that is opposed to the election law. With that logic it should be seen if there's any other company left without casting votes. The process until the day of the vote has gone well, we are now fertilizing”, he said.
VV member Adnan Rrustemi said the decision is right.
The bias cannot be discussed, I consider it a fair decision. In the concrete case, the bias speaks of the principle of voter turnout.
At this meeting, the CEC has made a decision to fulfil the 195/2019 decision on setting up funds from the Fund for support of political subjects for 2019, allowing the transfer of funds to support political subjects, to finance regular activities of political subjects only until the date of the certificate of the results of early elections for the Kosovo Assembly held on October 6, 2019.
