The Central Election Commission has completed the vote count.
The number of ballots at the polling site was closed last night, but only processing data has not yet been done for 4 percent of the deployments.
So far according to preliminary results, the first is the Vetevendosje Movement with 25,81%, the second Democratic League of Kosovo with 25,05%, the third Democratic Party of Kosovo with 21.19% and the fourth AAK-PSD collapse with 11.61%.
The NISMA-AKR-PD coalition risks failing to pass the election threshold.
According to the current results, the coalition between Fatmir Limaj and Behgjet Pacolli has dropped below 5%, thus jeopardising entry into the Assembly.
Under Article 111 of the Law on General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo is clearly specified that the division of countries in the Assembly takes place on the basis of the total number of valid votes each has gained political subject, the telegraph writes.
“Nini 111, dot 111.2 a) among the political subjects representing the Serb community and other non-s majority communities and among the political subjects which do not represent the Serb community and the non-communal community, which have won at least five percent (5%) from the total number of valid votes in the Parliament” elections.
So far the coalition NISMA-AKR has 4,93% or 37 thousand and 786 votes.
