He in an interview for the Serbian daily “Politika” has reiterated his position for which he was criticised in his country and specifically in Bosnia and Herzegovina that “in Srebrenica was not committed genocide but a war crime”, Kosovo broadcasts.
The retired Canadian general also stresses that “the liberation of a Bosnian Serb war commander in The Hague, Naser Oriq, was shameful”, the Kosovo clan broadcasts.
MacKenzie made these statements on the eve of going to Belgrade, where he will participate in the Book Fair to promote the Serbian edition of his book “Peacekeeping: The road to Sarajevo”, which was written 26 years ago and was a bestseller in Canada.
