At the age of 10, all children should be able to read and understand simple texts. Early education should be a priority”, the World Bank stresses.
Otherwise, October 17 of each year marks the International Day for Poverty Reduction.
Since 1993, this day has been an awareness of the need for global poverty and especially in developing countries. Various nongovernmental organisations and charity communities support this day by calling on leaders and government officials to make the fight against poverty a priority in their agenda.
