British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was among those who demanded sanctions from European governing troops following the incidents in Sofia in England's 6-0 victory.
That match was interrupted twice after Bulgarians' cheers against Tyrone Mings, Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rasford, writes Guardian, translates Periscope.
The British government's sports minister, Nigel Adams, had also written to the president of U. EFA, Alexander Ceferin, asking him to take urgent steps.
U n EFA confirmed the sentence today.
