However, this coalition is believing it has managed to pass the electoral threshold following the recounting that has been made to several locations, which have had problems with form and other largely technical problems.
New Kosovo Alliance Secretary-General Vesel Makolli told Telegrafi that after recounting the vote, they have information that coalition NISMA-AKR-PD has managed to pass the election threshold.
“We have reliable information that has been passed the threshold, a large amount of votes have been found, which in some form have changed us, are hundreds of votes. So the threshold is past”, Makolli confirmed.
He said that so far they haven't had any bids for co-governance, and that more have been focused on recounting votes. He added, however, that they welcome the LDK statements, where they have claimed the AKR should be part of parliament.
“We also believe we will be part of parliament”, he said
Likewise, NISMA Social Democrats have confirmed that the election threshold has been passed and that they are waiting for confirmation by the Central Election Commission.
