Prizren's foundation court has issued orders for forced behaviour for Remzi Shala, accused of war crimes, KTV reports.
As expected, Shala did not appear at the hearing where he would have to give his defense.
His lawyer, Natal Bulaaj, has been present at the session, but has said he has done so to announce the decision to boycott Oda's lawyers.
Bullaki has added that there has been no contact with his client since the invitation from the Specialised Prosecutor for him has been made public.
The court has made a decision to cancel even the next session, scheduled for January 11th, and the next one, will be appointed only after securing the prosecution's presence.
