Minister of Education, Science and Technology, thankfully Bytyqi for the Higher Education Bill, has stated that through it the basis will be established for regulation, functioning of higher education in Kosovo.
Arberie Nagavci, from the Vetevendosje Movement, has considered that this law is flawed and aimed at establishing political control rather than public oversight of higher education.
In the second part of today's plenary session at the request of sponsors is set to clear off MP Faton Topalli's two demands from the agenda. These two points were postponed for the next session.
