I quit the job director RTK, confess successes and failures

Kosovo Radio Television General Director [ RTK] named Mentor Shala has made a post in his Facebook profile, showing that he has completed his mandate today.

He has assembled the successes achieved by his management, including an appreciation from YouTube and IT development, writes Periscope.

Shala also said that the media she managed was attacked from all sides, but that she did not exploit it for revenge.

Furthermore, he has criticised politicians who have not voted a law on the public broadcaster, who would financially independent him. This is his full status on Facebook:

Today I finished the term of the RTK General!

During my period as the main manager, I faced RTK together with many different challenges and difficulties. On all sides, we were reviled, attacked, insulted, blackmailed, and thrown to stone without shaking just to harm us! But they never succeeded! They didn't because we didn't let them! We had the courage to confront each situation and always came off victorious because we were right! We never used the medium for revenge, but we opened the door for everyone! We reported that we really are public broadcasters of the Republic of Kosovo and all its citizens indiscriminately, religion, race, etc. Without money we created four television channels, we created the most advanced operating systems of RTK that the whole world is envying us (but not our own), we created and produced a very attractive program and of interest in our public and the wider, developed online media (the future) where we came to be leaders in the region (yoututube), appreciated with gratitude for the success of the quickly shown, our journalists received many benefits around the world for their professional work, the RTK IT was invited to the symposium of the international conferences to hold developed laws as advanced systems created by YouTube for the quick success of showing, and our new visual work being carried out by the research, and the development of the pro-nognology project that we did, and the real authorizing of the Nebulats, and the unegenators, did it's, the real power of the Nebulators, and the Nebulators, and the Nebulators, we did it's, the very things we did, and then did it's of the pro-no-comment of the pilot's, and the Cingent-C. For all these years of my management and those achievements, we faced enormous financial difficulties and were always able to complete our years of positive balance. I'm sorry that despite the huge commitments I've had personally, but even RTK's managing staff failed to fix the long-term and sustainable RTK financing issue. But this is not our fault, it's the fault of those who make politics who for their political shopping left RTK five years without a budget and no law. RTK has survived with the aid (subventions) that were separated from the government. We are dependent on the political mood how many tools RTK will share. Sorry! Politics, RTK has treated him badly! He keeps treating her badly! Instead of solving the funding issue, they send us the investigation instead of solving the property issue as criminals. But we always got clean because we worked straight and professionally and so we faced all the political attacks we had and we always won. We built RTK's tracks and there's no one who can stop it on its path as an example of a true public broadcaster that the democratic world is envying us. I'm using a saying by former RTK Director-General Agim Zatriqi: “We have only one ally, PUBLICH”!

I wish General Director Mufail Lieman, who will exercise this task, success and a good job in running RTK. We were with him on this entire RTK trip since 2000, and I thank him very much for the cooperation so far. Muffa is a real professional, very brave and very determined manager, so success won't be lacking!

RTK will live as long as the state of Kosovo lives!
