Act of five people who tried to commit several serious murders in Prizren

The Founding Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Criminals, has filed charges against five people for several serious murders in the attempt. People with initials K.S., D.S., M.B., S.K., and E.E., for criminal acts: “heavy attempted murder”; “The cause of total risk”; “Keeping in ownership, unauthorized control and possession of weapons” “grave murder in the attempted assistance”, as well as for criminal work “the failure of criminal acts or perpetrators” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo” (KPRK).

According to the indictment, by September 19th, 2018 around 22:20 minutes, in Prizren in the sector “Kurile” accused K.S., being in company with other defendants D.S., M.B., S.K., S.K. and E.E., tries to be deprived of other people's lives, consciously injured by M.B.B., M.B. and Q.G., in a way that in the night critical with the car “and E.E.E.E., attempting to deprive other persons of their lives, when they arrive at the road, when they notice of their vehicle, they pull out the car <x66D, and the vehicle using a key, and the car-decusing cenx/>, and the command that's the commandives the vehicle is using a car. Fear - stricken, with their vehicle, quickly leave the scene.

In this way, the accused K.S. has committed criminal acts “severe attempted murder” by Article 179 paragraph 1 point 1.5 concerning KPRK's 28; “The cause of general risk” by Article 365 paragraph 3 concerning KPRK paragraph 1 as well as criminal activity “ownership, control and unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374 paragraph 1 of KPRK.

Meanwhile, the D.S. accused, charged with criminal work “grave murder in the attempted assistance remaining” by Article 179 paragraph 1 point 1.5 concerning KPRK's Article 28 and 33.

The M.B. indictees, the S.K. and E.E., are charged with the co-ordination of the criminal work “the non-announcement of criminal acts or perpetrators” by Article 386 paragraph 1.1 concerning KPRK's Article 31.

The defendants, K.S. and D.S., are in custody, and the prosecutor of the case in the case of setting up the indictment, has proposed that this move be continued and that the automatic weapon of the type “Kalashnikov” and the accused be convicted and condemned according to the law for criminal acts that were placed on charges. /Periscopi
