Pacolli's happy choice of Eliot Engel

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister, meanwhile Foreign Affairs Minister (MPJ) Behgjet Pacolli, has enjoyed the election of Congresswoman Eliot Engel, at the helm of the Committee for Foreign Relations at the American Congress.
