For Education Minister Shyqi Bytyqi, the demand of public university rectors for his dismissal is the latter's flight from responsibility for failure.
In the “Puls” of KTV, Bytyqi has said that such a request has been expected, by the fact that the first letter was directed by the Rectors' Conference, which had imposed an preventative measure for the dismissal of the State Council of Quality, and that if this did not happen until January 28th, which did not happen, education minister's resignation was also required.
“The people who lead public universities should not be concerned with this issue, but should be more institutionalists and deal with the development of universities. Instead of dealing with this job, they're wanting their guilt to be thrown elsewhere”, Bytyqi said. “They're going up to develop universities and prepare our students and our young people for the job market, instead of equipping them with a piece of paper to equip them with a valid degree”, he added further.
Bytyqi has said the first dismissal of the State Council of Quality, however it became, sparked positive reactions.
“Baskoi ran the opposition, along with civil society. K The US has been voted in by the Kosovo Assembly and have been publicly called to compete for this position. Part of their selection has been the Rector of the University of Pec, and now it's said there's been interference, there's no sense. No political interference by the Minister of Education can be verified, on paper can write whatever they want, says Bytyqi.
According to him, the KSHC as an independent body has made decisions as to what it has made, and the reactors, institutionally, would have to deal with the problem, meet with Council members and discuss how they can get out of the situation. And if he didn't do that, then it must be proved by”, he said.
Rectors have also accused them of wanting to be done in a non-aligned manner.
“Rectors have thought that we do things in a non-unilateral way. We don't work like that”, he/Time.net said.
