Dear citizens,
Dear miners,
Today it was proven that social dialogue is the best form of solving problems with public enterprises. After many meetings with the Ministers' Grevist Council, the Trepca Trade Union and the Board of the Company, we agreed today to continue working in the mines, which I warmly thank the Chairman of the Grevis Council, Ferid Nezir, and that of the Union, Fatmir Sadiku, along with their colleagues who understood the serious current situation in Trepca, who has come mainly because of poor management over the years.
• Trepca will become one of the main companies in the country, and this will be seen this year.
• The miners will have the benefits they deserve and have been asked for many years, which will be dealt with by the law on miners. Among them, early retirement and health insurance due to difficult working conditions.
• The Miners of Artana and Kishnices will see salary levels, with Stan Targut's, starting this month.
• There will be closer oversight by the Ministry of Economic Development and the Board of Management about management of the company.
• Management will reduce unnecessary spending and reflect these increased savings of miners' welfare.
• Increasing performance in Trepca will result in increases in wages for miners.
Also, today I have submitted a request for detailed auditing of this company to the General Auditor so that we can have a clear picture of this company.
We will make efforts to register Trepca as a stock society in February this year and announce the main managerial positions.
Trepca will be resurrected and there is no alternative!
