Albania's president, Ilir Meta, has not yet decreed two of the ministers who were appointed to the Rama government a few days ago, is referring to the new Minister Gent Caka at the ministry's head for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and Besa Sahin, at the helm of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Education, broadcasts Metro newspaper.
It appears that the main reason for their failure to decree is Serbia and Greece, so at least has declared Lawyer Spartak Ngjela.
He has blamed President Meta, saying that with this two Kosovo ministers are not compatible only with Belgrade and Athens, the Metro newspaper broadcast.
“Why is President Meta reluctant to decree Albanian ministers coming from Kosovo? What is most accepted is that Athens and Belgrade do not allow... ...What about what Meta is doing with the delayed detectation of ministers who are Kosovo Albanians, with the sale of national interest related? The problem Meta has moves you to think that their decree does not want Belgrade and Athens”, Ngjela said.
The two elements that stand out in the State Head's decision, the fact that out of 8 outgoing ministers he has signed the dismissal of all except Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati. Also, out of the nine new names, including the new post of Minister for Relations with Parliament, he has decreed only 4 of them. /Periscopi
