The first of the MZHE said restructuring to take place in Telekom is necessary and that union requirements will be taken into account.
“Today we had a joint meeting with the Telekom Union, where we discussed the concerns we have and the plan for 2019 and the phases of the restructuring, where we entered four stages of”, he said.
Also, Minister Luka added that the restructuring of Telekom will receive the Bank's support for reconstruction and Development.
This phase will receive the Bank's support for reconstruction and Development so workers feel comfortable with the procedures to be followed. The idea is for the union to be represented in decision-making”, Luka said.
While Kosovo Telecom Union Chairman Lami Balaj said that the restructuring of Telekom is more important and that this restructuring will include the union.
“Today we discussed the situation in Telekom, but the most important is restructuring in Telekom. We as unions support restructuring because Telekom needs it. This process will include the union and we will be loud there”, Lami Balaj said.
