Why, it took five hours for legal medicine to reach the hotel where Daci's lifeless body had been introduced to normal conditions.
This shows irresponsibly and insincereness on the part of the Legal Medicine that allowed Daci's lifeless body to wait so long in hotel storage.
We remember Daci serving as deputy minister in Haradinaj Government since November 2017.
