Kosovo officially recognises Juan Guaidó as Venezuela's interim president. In the name of the people and the Government of Kosovo, Mr. Guaido and the people of Venezuela wish all the best in your way to restore democracy and we stay with you until freedom” returns, Pacolli wrote.
