Health workers' strike results, however, some clinics will continue

The year 2019 has again found part of the QKUK clinics on strike, even though the Federation of Health on Thursday made a decision to suspend it.

This is the third week the health sector has not agreed on, and some clinics have ignored the decision to suspend the strike.

In a response to the USKKUK General Director's Office, it is said that the strike has ended and only a few surgeons are continuing it.

But, that is what directors of several clinics contacted by KTV themselves.

It has been confirmed that Abdominal Surgery and Sy Clinic will continue the strike.

And, from the strike of these clinics, officials of the Kosovo Federation of International Health, say they distance themselves and take no responsibility.

Blerim Syla in a proposal for KTV said the strike has been suspended and are waiting for the Law of Salaries to pass the same day with the Budget Law, as promised at a meeting with Prime Minister Kadri Veselinaj and Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

If that doesn't happen, Syla said the federation will meet again and make other decisions. /Periscopi
