Luan Haradinaj, son of Witness Shkelzen Haradinaj and currently a member of the Kosovo Security Forces, has published today a photograph of his uncle, whose name he holds, former KLA soldier Luan Haradinaj.

Here's his post:

We remember that Luan Haradinaj had fallen into one of the KLA's first battles against Serbian forces on May 6, 1997, on the Albanian-Albanian border.
The battle with Serb forces, while leading a Kosovo Liberation Army expedition on the road to entering Kosovo, took the life of one of the Haradinaj family boys.
On that day, Luan Haradinaj, along with Brother Ramush Haradinaj and the group consisting of Fehmi and Xhev Ladrovci, Selim Krasniqi and Ramiz Ladrovci, Abbed Reja and Ilaz Kodra, Rafet Rama and Gani Rama, Emrush Xhemajli and Ali Ahmeti left for Kosovo.
They had arrived over the village of Larra, this village located near Cousini of Hasi, at the site called “Qafa of Mular”, when the group falls into ambush that the Yugoslav Army had caught at the 179 Albanian-Albanian border. /Periscopi
